Can I return items that I buy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Be sure to ask our staff for advice before you buy. Items purchased new are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase date. All secondhand items go through a quality review before accepted for sale in our store.
What about warranties or guarantees on purchased items?
We stand by our community and our gear! While we might not offer warranties on used gear, our staff ensures everything we sell has been tuned up and is in great working condition before it hits the sales floor.
What types of musical instruments can I sell on consignment here?
We're all about embracing the music! You can bring in anything from guitars and drums to keyboards. All musical items can be appraised for possible sale in our store.
Are there any fees for selling my gear on consignment?
We offer a 60/40 split based on the sale price of the item. The seller (you) will receive the larger share of the sale. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs. Stop by the shop and we'll walk you through how it works and give you a fair offer!
Is there a time limit for consignments?
Yes! Our consignment period is 12 months. If your item hasn't sold within that time, it will be returned to you. We'll make sure to keep you informed throughout the process so there are no surprises. Stop by the shop if you have any questions about your consignment!
